PHIL EXPLORER The phil&teds explorer buggy is replacing the ever-popular phil&teds sport buggy. The explorer maintains the sport's smooth, swivel wheel design and rugged off-road dependability, while enhancing some comfort and convenience features such as the contoured and ventilating Seat Performance System and the fast, one-hand fold. Phil&teds also introduces new adaptability for an inline buggy to accommodate an infant car seat and toddler at the same time.
